Bax Holdings Company LLC operates Prime Draft Pro. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase — we never see your raw password).
Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmation and your Stripe customer ID only.
Draft and League Data: Draft settings, team names, roster configurations, picks, imported league data from ESPN/Sleeper/Yahoo, draft history, and credit usage tied to specific drafts.
Usage Data: Basic analytics via Vercel and PostHog (product event tracking), plus draft activity logs used for platform integrity and refund eligibility verification.
Audio Data: Player names are sent to ElevenLabs to generate text-to-speech announcements. Audio files are not stored on our servers beyond temporary playback.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and PostHog (product analytics).
ESPN, Sleeper, and Yahoo Fantasy data is imported read-only at your request, and player ranking data is sourced from FantasyPros. We do not share your data back to these platforms.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting baxholdings01@gmail.com. Payment records are retained as required by law.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
Users must be 18 years or older to use this Service. The Service is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be terminated and its data deleted.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell user data.
Prime Draft Pro uses browser localStorage to keep you signed in (authentication tokens) and to store your draft state, audio settings, and display preferences on your device. PostHog and Vercel may set cookies for product analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
The Service is provided to and intended for users in the United States only.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
