Bax Holdings Company LLC operates Prime Draft Pro. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase — we never see your raw password).
Payment Information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive transaction confirmation and your Stripe customer ID only.
Draft and League Data: Draft settings, team names, roster configurations, picks, imported league data from ESPN/Sleeper/Yahoo, draft history, and credit usage tied to specific drafts.
Usage Data: Basic analytics via Vercel and draft activity logs used for platform integrity and refund eligibility verification.
Audio Data: Player names are sent to ElevenLabs to generate text-to-speech announcements. Audio files are not stored on our servers beyond temporary playback.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), and Vercel (hosting and analytics).
ESPN, Sleeper, and Yahoo Fantasy data is imported read-only at your request. We do not share your data back to these platforms.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting baxholdings01@gmail.com. Payment records are retained as required by law.
We use HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
Prime Draft Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
