Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prime Draft Pro ("the Service"), operated by Bax Holdings Company LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is provided to and intended for users in the United States only.

3. The Service

Prime Draft Pro provides a web-based fantasy football draft board for use by league commissioners and participants. The Service includes a free practice draft preview (3 rounds for standard leagues, 15 picks for keeper leagues) and paid draft credits that unlock full draft functionality.

4. Draft Credits

• One draft credit unlocks one full live draft for one league, all rounds.
• Credits never expire and are not subscription-based.
• Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold.
• A credit is consumed when applied to a live official draft. Once consumed, it cannot be moved to a different draft.
• Multi-credit packs (Draft House, War Room) are subject to the same terms per credit.

5. Refund and Guarantee Policy

Prime Draft Pro stands behind its platform with the following guarantee:

If the Service fails to perform on your scheduled draft day due to a verified platform error, you may request either a full refund of your credit purchase or a replacement credit for a future draft — your choice.

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled draft to baxholdings01@gmail.com
• All requests are subject to review of draft activity records maintained by Bax Holdings Company LLC
• Refunds will not be issued for drafts where picks were successfully recorded in our system, indicating the platform performed as intended
• Draft activity is logged. Refund eligibility is verified against draft records.
• Refunds are not issued for issues caused by user error, incorrect settings, invalid import URLs, internet connectivity problems on the user's end, browser incompatibility, or changes to third-party platforms outside our control

Refund summary:

• Unconsumed credits: If you have purchased a credit but have not yet used it to activate a live official draft, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Consumed credits: Once a credit has been used to activate a live official draft, it is non-refundable, except in the case of a verified platform error as described in the "Service failures" provision below.
• Service failures: If a verified platform error prevents you from completing your draft, your request is reviewed case-by-case for a partial or full refund or a replacement credit, subject to the conditions above.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass credit requirements or payment systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate draft records or platform data
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Third-Party Services

Prime Draft Pro integrates with Stripe, Supabase, ElevenLabs, ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo Fantasy, and FantasyPros. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services.

Prime Draft Pro is independent software developed by Bax Holdings Company LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, FantasyPros, or any other fantasy sports platform mentioned in our service. All NFL player names, team names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Player data is sourced from public APIs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding associated with Prime Draft Pro is the property of Bax Holdings Company LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bax Holdings Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the draft credit associated with the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
